Biwaz / Parsley salad

 

Ingredients:

- 2 bunches of parsley, 3 cups chopped 

- 1 medium onion, 1/2 cup half moon slices

- 1 tomato, 1/2 cup small diced 

- 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons small diced, skin on

- 2 tablespoons sumac 

- 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper 

- 1 tablespoon salt 

Directions:

- Mix the chopped parsley, half moon onion, diced tomato and lemon, sumac, Aleppo pepper, and salt.

Serving suggestions:

Serve it with Arabic grill like Kebab, beef chunks, shish-tawouk, and beef shawarma.
