Mint Beef Skillet

 

Ingredients:

- 1kg (2lb) lean ground beef

- 1/2 cup crushed bread sticks, ka’ak (or bread crumbs) 

- 1/4 cup grated onion 

- 2 tablespoons dry crushed mint

- 1 tablespoon Arabic 7 spices 

- 1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)

Dressing:

- 3 mashed garlic cloves

- 4 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)

- 4 tablespoons olive oil 

Garnish:

- few parsley leaves

- small sliced cherry tomato 

Directions:

- In the skillet, mix all the ingredients together till you have smooth mixture.

- Bake in a preheated oven on 350f for 20-25 minutes.

- Mix all the dressing ingredients.

- When the beef is done, add the dressing to the skillet.

- Garnish with parsley and sliced tomato.
